🟢 Method 1: Using Print Screen (Entire Screen)

  1. Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key on your keyboard.

  2. Open an app like Paint or Word.

  3. Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.

  4. Save the file using Ctrl + S.

🟡 Method 2: Alt + Print Screen (Active Window Only)

  1. Click on the window you want to capture.

  2. Press Alt + PrtScn.

  3. Open Paint or any editor and paste (Ctrl + V).

  4. Save the image.

🔵 Method 3: Windows + Shift + S (Snip Tool)

  1. Press Windows + Shift + S.

  2. Your screen will dim and show snipping options:

  3. Select the area to capture.

  4. The screenshot is copied to clipboard.

  5. Open Paint, Word, or Photos and paste (Ctrl + V) to save.

🔴 Method 4: Snipping Tool App

  1. Search for Snipping Tool in the Start menu.

  2. Click New to start a capture.

  3. Choose the snip type and select the area.
