How To Take Screen Shots in Window
🟢 Method 1: Using Print Screen (Entire Screen)
Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key on your keyboard.
Press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.
Save the file using Ctrl + S.
🟡 Method 2: Alt + Print Screen (Active Window Only)
Click on the window you want to capture.
Press Alt + PrtScn.
Open Paint or any editor and paste (Ctrl + V).
Save the image.
🔵 Method 3: Windows + Shift + S (Snip Tool)
Press Windows + Shift + S.
Your screen will dim and show snipping options:
Select the area to capture.
The screenshot is copied to clipboard.
Open Paint, Word, or Photos and paste (Ctrl + V) to save.
🔴 Method 4: Snipping Tool App
Search for Snipping Tool in the Start menu.
Click New to start a capture.
Choose the snip type and select the area.
Edit or annotate if needed.
Save using File > Save As.
⚪ Method 5: Windows + PrtScn (Auto Save)
Press Windows + PrtScn.
The screen will briefly dim.
Screenshot is saved automatically in:
Pictures > Screenshots folder.
