How To Roast Pumpkin Seeds?
๐งผ 1. Scoop and Clean
Scoop seeds out of your pumpkin using a spoon.
Place them in a bowl of water and separate the seeds from the stringy pulp.
Rinse thoroughly in a colander.

Boil seeds in salted water (1 tbsp salt per 2 cups water) for 10 minutes.
Drain and pat dry with a clean towel or paper towel.
