How To Make Charnamrit?
🧂 Ingredients
3 cups milk (preferably boiled and cooled)
2 tablespoons curd (yogurt)
1 teaspoon honey
Optional: 2 teaspoons Ganga jal, 8 Tulsi leaves, 8 puffed lotus seeds (makhanas), 1 teaspoon grated coconut
🥣 Step 1: Blend Curd and Milk
In a clean bowl, take 2 tablespoons curd.
Add 2–3 tablespoons of milk and whisk until smooth.
Then add the remaining milk and mix well.
🍯 Step 2: Add Sweeteners and Ghee
Stir in powdered sugar or jaggery, ghee, and honey.
Mix until fully dissolved and smooth.
💧 Step 3: Add Sacred Elements (Optional)
Add Ganga jal if available.
Tear Tulsi leaves into small pieces and add.
Add puffed lotus seeds (makhanas) and grated coconut for texture and tradition.
🧊 Step 4: Chill and Serve
Optionally add cold water to adjust consistency.
Refrigerate for a few minutes or serve immediately as prasad.
