How To Make Apple Crumble?

For the filling:
4–5 medium apples (Granny Smith or any tart variety)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)
For the crumble topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup cold butter (cut into cubes)
Pinch of salt

Peel, core, and slice apples into thin wedges.
Toss with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour.
Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
