Step1: Once you receive your pre activated BSNL SIM, please dial 123.

Step2: Once you dial 123, you see a prompt.

Step3: Follow the prompt of IVRS computer to know your balance amount.

Step4: Once you know the balance amount.

Step5: Now, your BSNL SIM is ready for use.
