✅ Method 1: Check via Income Tax e-Filing Portal

  1. Visit https://www.incometax.gov.in

  2. Log in using your PAN, password, and captcha.

  3. On the homepage, go to e-File → Income Tax Returns → View Filed Returns.

  4. You’ll see a list of your filed returns. Click View Details for the relevant Assessment Year.

  5. Under the Refund Status section, you’ll see:

    • Refund issued

    • Refund failure

    • Refund not determined

    • Or any other status

✅ Method 2: Check via NSDL Refund Status Portal

  1. Visit https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refund-status-pan.html

  2. Enter your PAN and Assessment Year.

  3. Click Proceed.

  4. Your refund status will be displayed instantly.
