✂️ Step 1: Select the Content

  • Text: Click and drag your mouse or touchpad over the text to highlight it.

  • Files/Images: Click once to select, or hold Ctrl and click multiple items.

📋 Step 2: Copy the Content

You have two options:

  • Keyboard Shortcut: Press Ctrl + C

  • Mouse/Touchpad: Right-click the selected item and choose Copy

📍 Step 3: Navigate to the Destination

  • Open the folder, document, or app where you want to paste the copied content.

📥 Step 4: Paste the Content

Again, two options:

  • Keyboard Shortcut: Press Ctrl + V

  • Mouse/Touchpad: Right-click in the destination area and choose Paste

🔁 Optional: Cut Instead of Copy

If you want to move the item (not duplicate it):

  • Use Ctrl + X instead of Ctrl + C

  • Then paste using Ctrl + V
