How To Change Name on Facebook
📱 On Mobile App (Android/iOS)
Open the Facebook app and log in.
Tap the three horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom-right (iOS) or top-right (Android).
Scroll down and tap Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
Under Account, tap Personal Information.
Tap Name.
Enter your new first, middle, and/or last name.
Tap Review Change.
Choose how your name will appear.
Enter your Facebook password to confirm.
Tap Save Changes.
💻 On Desktop (Browser)
Go to https://www.facebook.com and log in.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
In the left sidebar, click Personal Details or Name under “Account Settings”.
Click Edit next to your name.
Enter your new name.
Click Review Change.
Choose your display format.
Enter your password and click Save Changes.
